How long does it take for IntelliCharge to take over control?

The time it takes for IntelliCharge to begin controlling your battery depends on several factors, including whether the setup has been completed correctly and how much historical data is available.

For IntelliCharge to take over, please ensure that:

• The registration process has been completed on https://app.intellicharge.ai/
• All plant details have been entered correctly
• A valid product key (service license) has been activated
• The inverter is online with a strong and stable connection

If everything is set up correctly, IntelliCharge can typically take over anywhere within a few hours and up to 2 days. However, in some cases it may take up to 7 days.

The age of the installation also matters:

• Existing installations that have been operating before IntelliCharge is enabled usually require less time, as there is already historical data available.
• New installations may take longer, as IntelliCharge needs time to collect enough data to optimize the battery effectively.
