Where do I get a product key?

Some installers include access to IntelliCharge as part of the installation package. Contact your installer to see if this applies to you, they will provide the product key needed to activate the service.

If IntelliCharge was not included as part of your installation package, you can subscribe directly through your IntelliCharge platform.

To subscribe:

1. Go to Plant
2. Click Add product key
3. Choose Subscribe
4. Select from the available plans

Once the subscription is activated, IntelliCharge service can take up to 2 hours to begin (assuming the rest of the registration process has been successfully completed.)
